Navigation
The group is named like the service name of the BES. The hosts can be displayed with their host- or service names, depending on the configuration.
Below the high availability group there are the two high availability servers. The first server listed is always the primary instance. The second one is the standby instance. Clicking on the group brings up the detail page of the primary instance.
BES detail page
The detail pages for the primary and the standy instance are almost the same, because it is the same server, just on different hosts. Only the host related information is different als well as the SRP status information. The BES server versions could be differnt as well.
BES log files
With a click on the BES log files button the log files for both instances can be searched. In addition to that there is a drop down menu to filter the log files for the hosts.
Reports and charts
Reports and charts for high availability BlackBerry Enterprise Servers will always be related to the service, not specifically to the instances.
